From San Francisco International Airport
The Bay Area Rapid Transport (BART) is San Francisco’s popular subway system. If you’re traveling on BART to the hotel, exit Civic Center South (1150 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94102), which is 1 mile (1.6 km) south of the hotel, a short taxi ride from the station to the hotel.
Depart from SFO BART Station on a Pittsburgh Bay Point train.
• Trains run every 15 minutes.
To get to the Holiday Inn from the Civic Center Station: (1) Start out going southwest on Market St toward Hyde Street, (2) Turn right onto Hayes Street, (3) Turn right onto Van Ness Avenue
Alternatively, you can take the BART to the Embarcadero Station in SF and then take the California Street Cable Car (requires an extra ticket or Muni Visitor Passport), to the hotel as follows:
• Exit at Embarcadero station.
• Take the California / Van Ness Street Cable car west bound to Van Ness.
