Full Symposium registration fees include participation in all sessions (CME and non-CME); CME credit for the accredited sessions (approximately 15 hours of sessions will be CME accredited); meeting app, final program book, continental breakfast each morning; morning and afternoon coffee breaks according to the program; a poster reception on Thursday evening; a gala dinner on Friday evening; lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and access to the Virtual Meeting (digital presentations with video and synchronized slides in a side-by-side format, based on approval of individual faculty). Registration for a guest to attend the gala dinner requires an additional registration fee of $50.

Please note, Registration for the Patient Summit-Lymphedema Following Cancer Therapy: Treatment Controversies is for Lymphedema Therapists, Patients and Patient Advocates ONLY and is only available on Saturday April 22nd.

Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be received by email prior to April 10th, 2017, to receive a refund less a $75 handling fee. A $75 handling fee will be retained from your payment and the difference refunded to you in the form of your original payment if cancelled by the April 10, 2017 deadline. No refund requests will be accepted after the April 10th, 2017 except for special circumstances.
